We are really pleased to announce that the club has been chosen as one of only three clubs across Scotland to receive a very special level of support as part of the Jewson Cricket Force initiative. On our Club Improvement Day, 2nd April, we will have help from some of the current Scotland International Cricket team who will be joining us to undertake a number of improvements to the club.

The list of tasks will include painting the window shutters and frames, painting the front and back door, laying the new patio, relocating the glass collection bin, fixing the dips in the permanent nets, removing rubble from the old car park area, moving paving slabs to a new storage area, repainting the white fence posts along the road and fixing the noticeboard so that it opens. If it is raining we will be painting the inside of the clubhouse.

Thanks to Murieston Environmental Group we now have enough wheelbarrows but we will need paint brushes and paint rollers, so please come along well armed. 

This is a great opportunity for all of us to put something back into the club, no matter what our DIY ability and to also meet some of the Scotland International team, so please join us from 9.30 am.The Scotland players will be with us at some point between 10 am and 1 pm.
