Jack wins junior equipment for the club
Written by Administrator

Jack video award F Our very own Jack Jarvis turned Actor, Director and Producer to win one of 5 prizes on offer from Cricket Scotland `Love Cricket #choosecricket` Video Competition. The awards were presented by Ian Sandbrook, Head of Community Development, Cricket Scotland at the Scotland v Afghanistan ODI at the Grange in Edinburgh on Wednesday 6th July and representing Jack were Iain Murdoch, Chairman and Fraser Reynolds, Development Officer Livingston Cricket Club.

The `Love Cricket #choosecricket` Competition was a social media competition where clubs, schools and individuals were asked to make a 30 second video outlining why they love cricket! Up for grabs was £500 worth of Cricket Factory equipment for the top 5 entries.

The competition was held to celebrate the ICC Best Overall Development Programme Award that Cricket Scotland received in June. Cricket Scotland decided to reinvest the award into equipment for schools and clubs to win as part of this competition. The equipment has already been put to great use at the recent summer camps.

Thanks Jack for making such an inspiring video and for the equipment, if it doesnt work out for you as a cricketer, there is always Hollywood!
