What a great day we had on Saturday - The sun was shining, over 1,000 people turned out to enjoy our annual gala day everyone enjoyed themselves. A big thank you goes out to our Events Director Jenny and her superb support team of Alison and Sarah for putting everything together and to all those who provided support on the day. Neil the Treasurer and occasional opening batsman, was particularly impressed with the Burger team of Travis, Naveen, Mark, Hannah and Jazim, we still aren't sure if this is because of the quality of the food or the amount they raised, we suspect both. Neil was equally complimentary of the Tombola team, possibly because he won three boxes of chocolates!
