September 2006 was a big day for a few of the younger members of Livingston cricket Club. Fresh for hammering the Aussies all around the ground in the 2005 Ashes series, Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff paid a visit to Livingston (at the behest of Sky TV) to promote the upcoming 2006/07 Ashes series down under. Never one to miss an opportunity YDO (as he was then) made sure that Freddie took time out to meet and greet members of the U13 team....
On the left Greg tells Freddie how to play the slog over mid wicket.... Or is it the other way around? |

Below Left: Like a scene from an Americvan Theme park, Freddie waves his magic wand
Below Right: "Altogether Now, everyone look away from the Camera"
For the observant amongst you, you will see current Livingston players players such as Andrew Wilcock, Greg Murdoch and the Hilton brothers, Jack and Tom in amongst the masses.....
