2010 Annual General Meeting

The club’s AGM will take place at the club from 7.30pm on Wednesday 27th October.  The agenda, last year’s minutes and the reports from the chairman and the treasurer will be sent out beforehand. If in the meantime, you require any further information or have any motions that you would like to be considered at the AGM, please let Paul Hammersley or one of the other committee members know.

The club’s board of directors (chairman, vice chairman, secretary and treasurer) and the captains for next year are voted for at the AGM. All will be made most welcome, both old and new players, member and non members but only senior playing members are entitled to vote so please make every effort to attend.
