Where Are They Now? - Brad 'Adam Ant' Palmer
Written by Administrator
brad palmer photo In 2004 a young Australian from Ballarat in Victoria arrived on these fine shores to fine tune his cricket on the razor fast wickets that Jim produces at altitude.  Brad Palmer left 6 months later, a broken man, his years of cricket education thrown away by a fine Scottish Summer of Cricket Wink.  It seems that in the 6 years since he returned home to Victoria, he has relearned his game, with some fine scores for his local club Golden Point.

In all seriousness, Brad was an excellent addition to the club, with his enthusiasm on and off the field. He took his role seriously and was the first to admit his disappointment when he did have a poor day at the office. Back home he has just made his 100th 1st Grade appearence for the Pointie's. A quick glance at the records shows that he managed a stunning 168 in a Grade 2 match a couple of years back.
